So I'm on day 2 and its not too bad, I have a light headache and that about it. I was extremely hungry between breakfast and lunch, was counting the hours lol. I slowed down my eating at lunch and found that it was more filling when I ate slowly.
I had a few people asking me about the program today, cause they saw me on the facebook page. Well from what I have read while I was doing my research is nothing but positive feedback, so I'll stay on the positive train until I finish this.
My starting weight is 118.1 kg and my goal weight is 60 - 55 kg so I have between 58 - 53 kg's to lose! It's a lot and I'm scared! I've never been under 80 kg's since I can remember, maybe when I was a kid, and that don't count! Well I've had enough and I'm doing this 100%
Yesterday I had egg, mushroom and crackers for breakfast, beef, mushroom and crackers for lunch, and I had cabbage and steak for supper, I must say, I like the food.
I tried my first Cohen recipe today for lunch (tuna cakes, like fish cakes) and I loved it! and tuna weighs less so you get more! Had yogurt and a fruit for breakfast, don't know whats on the menu for supper yet.
I'm definitely gonna weigh everything this weekend, will surely cut my time in half.
Anyway, don't have a pic to post yet, but I will try.
